WOB BURPEE CHALLENGE

WORKOUT BOSS TRAINERS ARE ISSUING AN OFFICIAL CHALLENGE TO YOU & YOUR FRIENDS!!!

For the month of June we want to see if you can push yourself, while growing and maintaining your summer fitness goals! So we have decided to start a Burpee Push-up challenge for the month of June!

To join the challenge, simply start by performing three burpee push up today (since we are starting late and it is already June 3rd)…four tomorrow…five on Wednesday…six on Thursday and just keep adding one burpee every day until you reach 30 burpees on June 30th!! That’s it!
