Workout Boss

Over time I had developed very restricted movement in one of my shoulder joints. At first it was just some pain which I reacted to by just not moving it much. Eventually I could not raise my arm to any height more than horizontal. By then I figured I need to do something. I felt bad that I let it get to that point.
I decided to go to Workout Boss! Over several months we worked at freeing the restricted joint and then focusing on building strength and balancing the muscles that control the shoulder. It was very important to have Chris’ help during the workouts in order to isolate the right muscles. Doing exerciseson my own was not getting anywhere because my body would compensate for weak muscles and not achieve any of the improvements that I needed.

The help from Workout Boss has brought my shoulder back to full function! My experience has proven to me the value of massage therapy and quality exercising in building and keeping wellness.
