Paternity Leave

HEADING TO THE GYM FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A WHILE….TO WORK OUT ON MY OWN, THAT IS.

It’s been a long nine months of taking care of my fiance hand and foot, making sure the house is ready, making sure that we had the right car, right paint (for the nursery), right everything!

With so much external care being given, it’s needless to say that my workouts (and my physique) suffered tremendously.

All of the complaining aside, I now have a healthy & beautiful baby girl that I tuck safely into crib every night and it isn’t going to fall apart because I paid so much attention to detail!

So it’s been 2 weeks since she was born and I’m feeling comfortable enough to leave the house for an hour to get in one of my signature workouts again!

I’ve just loaded up the ipod (and removed the crap that was there since early 2010), and I’m ready to head out the door. It’s back to the iron, back to the sweat, back to the preworkouts and back to my former Workout Boss physique! (pics to come!)

P.S.- I do feel like I’m starting over, but I have a plan. It’s to start slow, build up a good base (strengthen my joints and tendons back up so I dont injure myself) and the rest well…that’s top secret!!!
