With over 15 years of experience working with clients one-on-one, Workout Boss has developed a a LIFESTYLE change program by combining KEY elements of health and wellness into one.

  1. Intake- A Workout Boss trainer will meet with you in-person or via telephone to discuss your goals, your health history, likes/dislikes, your schedule, eating habits, and more.
  2. Testing- The first session will be to collect hard date so we know where you started. This includes bodyfat testing, measurements, and 6 fitness test exercises.
  3. Nutrition Coaching- Based on the information collected in the intake Chris (certified Precision Nutrition coach) will give you a daily caloric goal based on workout and non-workout days as well as nutrient timing.
  4. Workout Program- You will meet with your trainer for weekly sessions (we recommend 2 days minimum) and perform the exercises designed by your trainer based on your goals. 55 minute sessions include manual stretching.
  5. Retest- Your trainer will retest your measurements 4-6 weeks into the program so you can actually see how much progress you’ve mad.
  6. 24/7 Access- You will have 24 hour access to your trainer via email should you have any questions.
