AMRAP 10 minutes of:
• 5 pull-ups
• 10 push-ups
• 15 squats

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 10 minutes of:
• 5 chest to bar pull-ups
• 10 dips
• 15 broad jumps

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 10 minutes of:
• 5 muscle ups
• 10 handstand push ups
• 15 thrusters (45/35)

Score equals total rounds of all three AMRAPs.

With a running clock perform the following 3 AMRAPs with a partner. Alternate each round. Rounds cannot be divided. Each partner must complete the round before the next partner can begin.
