Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes an appointment may have to be rescheduled for a later date & time. Therefore, we have created a “Cancellation Policy” that is fair to both you, the client, as well as our service providers.
24-Hour Personal Training & Massage Appointment Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
Please note we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all Personal Training & Massage sessions. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be forfeited and the session will be billed in full. This includes appointments that are “rescheduled” for the same day. All cancellation/reschedule requests must be by EMAIL to firstname.lastname@example.org or by text 262.298.2677 (24 hours prior to the appointment).
How to reschedule
Email your service provider’s email or our general email at email@example.com or text 262.298.2677 (24 hours prior to the appointment), with your name and the best time of day to reach you. Once we receive your reschedule request, a service provider will follow up to reschedule the appointment.
Please understand that is our desire to see that you do come in for your scheduled service! If you are unsure of your appointment time or feel that a conflict may arise, it may be best to schedule the appointment when you are 100% confident that you can make the appointment.
