    Pull-ups: 34 (9 more than June – new PR)
    Dips: 28 (2 less than June)
    HSPU: 18 (5 more than June – new PR)
    Plank: 2:18 (52 seconds longer than June)

    Karen: 10:18 – not at all a good showing compared to all past attempts. Honestly not sure the cause.

    Finished up with Grace – 4:29 Rx, new PR
