25 dumbell bench press (60/30)
100m row  sprint (as fast as possible)
Toes to bar=number of seconds it took to row 100m

    Snatch Press – 65 – 85 – 105 – 125 – 145 – 165

    WOD – 10:21 – started with 50# DB and finished with 45# / Did Knees instead of Toes as well
