5 Pulls (max distance of rope)
Men- 4 plates (285 incl. Sled)
Women- 1-45#, 1-25# plate (175 incl. Sled)

WOD- Hang in Unbroken!

Pull ups
Hang Clean (115/75)
Rx- 2 Burpee penalty each time athlete drops from pull up bar and sets bar down during hang cleans. To be completed AFTER last set of 9 Hang Cleans. Clock stops once all Burpees are completed.
