  • Weighted dips 5 x 5(if not able to do weighted dips work on strict or strict banded dips 5 x 10


12 minute AMRAP (as many rds. as possible) of:

  • 12 barbell box step ups alternating legs (20″/18″@ 95lbs/45lbs)
  • 10 dumbbell push press(50/25)
  • 30 mountain climbers
