No CrossFit Experience? This is designed for just for you!

You get:

  1. 5 personal coaching sessions with a CrossFit Coach that will teach you the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit, CrossFit methodology, & how to scale the movements (ex. pull ups to ring rows)
    1. Class 1: Intro to CrossFit, Squat series + your first CrossFit workout!
    2. Class 2: Intro to Rowing, deadlifts & pressing, scaling + workout
    3. Class 3: Intro Power from hips, Intro to Olympic Lifting + workout
    4. Class 4: Olympic Lifting  + workout
    5. Class 5: Intro to Gymnastics/Bodyweight movements + workout
  2. 1 month of Unlimited Classes (starts the day after all 5 On Ramps)
  3. Access to our private Facebook group for questions and support from coaches and the community
  4. Access to Paleo Plan meal plans (available upon request)
